Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy from Muscle Beach®. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your return and refund options.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery cannot be accepted.
2. What Can Be Returned
Apparel and accessories may be returned if they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In their original packaging
Supplements may be returned only if:
- The product is unopened
- The seal is intact
- The product is in its original packaging
Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for a refund.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances:
- Pumping Iron - Pre Workout — all sales are final due to the nature of this product
- Gift cards
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Apparel that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Supplements that have been opened or had their seal broken
4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@musclebeach.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping and will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. This applies to all products, including items that would otherwise be final sale.
5. How to Request a Return
To start a return:
- Email us at info@musclebeach.com with the subject line "Return Request"
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return
- Wait for our response with return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item(s) back using the address we provide
Please do not ship items back without first receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
6. Return Shipping
For non-defective returns (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, Muscle Beach covers return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return label.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Muscle Beach is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items.
8. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive what you want.
For supplement exchanges (e.g., wrong product shipped), contact us at info@musclebeach.com and we will arrange the exchange directly.

10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again
- Contact your bank or credit card company — refunds can take additional time to post
- If you've done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@musclebeach.com
